Himalayas seeks a senior HubSpot architect to lead a one-time, end-to-end implementation across CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. You will own platform architecture, configuration, automation, and a production-ready handoff, working with stakeholders to align with GTM workflows.

The role focuses on architecture, data modeling, workflows, and integrations, with strong emphasis on quality assurance, documentation, and executive reporting. Excellent English is required.

Formación

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations.
• Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise.
• Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools.
• Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA.
• Strong documentation and handoff discipline.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Client-facing delivery or consulting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Architect HubSpot across CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops.
• Design data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects.
• Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring.
• Implement and validate integrations with the client’s existing stack.
• Support data migration, cleanup, and QA.
• Build dashboards and reporting for operational and executive visibility.
• Document system architecture and implementation decisions.
• Deliver clean handoff of a production-ready HubSpot environment.
