Uptalent.io is seeking a highly skilled BIM architect with a strong focus on the US market. You will leverage Revit to produce construction documentation, permits, 3D models, and client presentations while coordinating with US architects and consultants.

This role is remote from Latin America, requires 3+ years of US-market experience, fluent English, and proactive communication to build solid client relationships and deliver high-quality architectural work.

Qualifications

• Expert in Revit with 3+ years of US-market experience.
• Can manage full lifecycle: construction sets, permits, 3D modeling, visualization, and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes and permit submission requirements.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and client coordination skills; able to build relationships with clients.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Portfolio showing US-market work, especially construction sets and technical documents.

Requirements

• Expert in Revit, including construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation, with 3+ years of experience working for the US Market.
• Versatile profile able to support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, Visualization and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes.
• Knowledge of US permit submission requirements and processes.
• Knowledge of US construction documentation standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive and great communication skills, able to handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Able to provide a strong project portfolio showing substantial work for the US Market, especially construction sets and technical documents.
• Candidates must live in Latin America.
• Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.
• Work remotely.
