You will manage the full project lifecycle from 3D modeling to client presentations while coordinating with US architects and consultants.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of US market experience, fluency in English, and exceptional communication to maintain relationships with clients on remote projects.

Qualifications

• Expert in Revit for construction docs, permit sets, detailing, and family creation.
• 3+ years of US market experience.
• Lifecycle support across architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, Visualization and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes and permit submission requirements.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication and client coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Able to showcase a strong project portfolio for the US Market.

• Knowledge of US building codes.
• Knowledge of US permit submission requirements and processes.
• Knowledge of US construction documentation standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive and great communication skills, able to handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Able to provide a strong project portfolio showing substantial work for the US Market, especially construction sets and technical documents.
• Candidates must live in Latin America.
• Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.
