Ideal candidates have 3+ years of US-market BIM experience, a robust portfolio, and reside in Latin America. This remote role offers exposure to leading North American clients and projects.

• Versatile profile covering Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, visualizations and client presentations.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Strong portfolio showing substantial US market work (construction sets and technical docs).
• Candidates must reside in Latin America.

Requirements

• Expert in Revit, including construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation, with 3+ years of experience working for the US Market.
• Versatile profile able to support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling, Visualization and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes.
• Knowledge of US permit submission requirements and processes.
• Knowledge of US construction documentation standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive and great communication skills, able to handle client communication and coordination throughout architectural projects and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Experience coordinating with US architects and consultants.
• Able to provide a strong project portfolio showing substantial work for the US Market, especially construction sets and technical documents.
• Candidates must live in Latin America.
• Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.
• Work remotely.
