Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Guide exchange of sensitive information and handle problems.
• Advanced Excel and Outlook in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI dashboards.
• Experience with EHS software preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive culture to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance.
• Assist with implementing playbooks and procedures; drive consistency.
• Manage initiatives to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Track safety risks; develop strategic risk management strategies.
• Monitor injury, illness, and incident reports; recommend prevention.
• Ensure regulatory compliance within the account; propose solutions.
• Identify concerns; communicate findings to responsible managers.

• Apply disciplinary knowledge to team objectives.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day issues in systems and processes.
