Qualifications

• Experience with HR onboarding, compliance paperwork, or healthcare admin.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working fully remote with clear written communication.
• ABA or healthcare experience is a plus.

• All documents, fingerprints, and verifications are complete before start date.
• New hires are set up in Central Reach and HR systems without delays.
• Payroll and compliance paperwork is processed accurately.
• Offboarding is completed cleanly and on time.
