Overview
We are looking for a HR Generalist for our Team in Argentina. This is a 100% on-site position and requires availability to work full time from our site in Canning, Ezeiza.
Responsibilities
- Support full cycle of recruitment for various roles, including entry level roles;
- Liaise with legal and accounting to ensure all legal processes and documents are handled in a timely manner;
- Be accountable and responsible for the complete HR administration function and cycle, ensuring that all processes and data are not only maintained but a focus on enhancing and developing them is kept at all times. Inclusive but not limited to:
- Creating and updating Contracts and personnel folders;
- Database and internal systems upkeep;
- Sick leave and leave processing;
- Disciplinary meetings and other meetings documentation;
- Policies and procedures;
- Understanding needs and requirements and act as a supporting function for staff;
- Update internal procedures and function alongside the dynamic changes of the operations;
- Support Studio Employees with all HR related matters;
- Develop proposals for job productivity and efficiency increase;
- Create and develop meaningful relationships with all members of staff, acting as a communication portal and hub for information sharing;
- Participate in HR Department projects;
- Medical Examinations: Schedule and communicate medical appointments;
- Manage Medical Leave: Handle medical leave processes, including validation, reimbursement, and record-keeping;
- Social Security Affiliations: Process social security affiliations and necessary paperwork.
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience working in Human Resources;
- Higher academic or professional education in the Human Resources area or similar; or last year students;
- Execution of job duties requires excellent knowledge of English B2-C1 (written and spoken);
- This is a 100% on-site position, we require you to be available to work full time from our site in Canning, Ezeiza.
