Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in Buenos Aires is seeking an HR Advisor to provide exceptional HR support to employees, managers and HR Business Partners. You will ensure standardized HR processes, handle Tier 2 inquiries, and collaborate with CoEs to maintain up-to-date knowledge and compliance with GDPR and local regulations.

You will manage employee files, respond to queries, and work with multiple stakeholders including payroll, finance, legal and IT to meet service level agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Provides employees, managers and HR Business Partners exceptional standards of customer services across a wide range of HR activities and processes
• Ensures standardised HR processes are effectively implemented, accurate, and services are delivered in a consistent way within agreed timelines
• Provide specialist knowledge and resolution for enquires relating to specific topics (in Tier 2)
• Acts as conduit of specialist knowledge between Tier 1 and Tier 3 teams – sharing insight and education to support Tier 1 resolution
• Works closely with the nominated CoE(s) to ensure the latest knowledge and standards are being advised correctly/accurately
• Performs data entry across HR systems ensuring integrity of employee master data and compliance with GDPR where required
• Provides service-related activities including managing employee files and related HR documentation, updates to internal tools and databases, responding digitally to employee queries
• Responds to external HR queries including reference requests
• Collaborates with payroll, COEs, business facing HR, finance, legal, tech to deliver KPIs and high-quality services compliant with global standards
• Builds knowledge of local customs and employment laws to ensure processes stay compliant with local regulations and data protection laws
• Monitors completion of queries and reviews policy, data quality and system issues with the Team Lead to improve services against SLAs
