Job summary

Marriott International's Sheraton property in Buenos Aires is seeking a housekeeping supervisor to oversee room and public area cleaning quality. You will coordinate with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry, manage daily activities, and ensure safety and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. to ensure quality after housekeeping.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, and update room assignments.
• Assist housekeeping management in daily activities and scheduling.
• Coordinate efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Document and resolve discrepant rooms with Front Desk and communicate changes to shift.
• Complete required paperwork and assist in hiring, training, and coaching employees.
• Follow safety policies, protect assets, and maintain professional appearance.
