Responsibilities

• Performs as the Junior trainer for all Housekeepers within Housing.
• Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas.
• Provides professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
• Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like extra towels, etc.
• Maintains inventory of necessary supplies in linen rooms and stock areas.
• Keeps facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Cleans and stocks restrooms.
• Cleans up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Notifies managers of necessary repairs.
• Collects and disposes of trash.
• Assists guests when necessary.
• Keeps the linen room stocked.
• Cleans upholstered furniture.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Duties and responsibilities in both VQ and PP Housing areas:

• Performs as the Junior trainer for all Housekeepers within Housing

• Perform cleaning duties in all guest areas.

• Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.

• Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed.

• Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like extra towels, etc.
