Job summary

Your Housing Group is looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to support the Health & Safety Manager in delivering the operational plan and inspecting contractor work across five regions. The role is predominantly home-based with occasional travel to Warrington head office for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
• Experience in advisory H&S roles in Construction/Refurbishment environments.
• Experience implementing or supporting Health & Safety Management Systems.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams with internal/external customers.
• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Support Health & Safety Manager with delivery of the operational Health & Safety plan and inspections across contractor portfolios.
• Contribute to development of health & safety processes, procedures and safe working practices.
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors and 3rd party Principal Design services to ensure safe sites.
