Accenture is seeking a results-driven professional in Argentina to join Strategy & Consulting – Global Network, focused on High Tech. You will drive transformation by integrating strategy, data, technology, and execution for global technology leaders across marketing, GTM, sales ops, and operations.

Ideal candidates bring 4–8 years of experience in High Tech or CMT, advanced English, strong Excel, and solid PMO, BI, and financial skills.

Formación

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Business, Industrial Engineering, Systems or related field.
• 4–8 years of professional work experience, including at least 2 years in High Tech or other CMT companies.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) is mandatory; advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in Project Management / PMO.
• Solid understanding of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows; basic accounting concepts.
• Advanced knowledge in Data Analytics, Reporting, and Business Intelligence; experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with global High Tech clients to design and execute business and transformation solutions in Marketing, GTM, Sales Ops, and operations.
• Analyze performance, pipelines, and processes to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
• Design and map processes into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
• Lead or support PMO activities, coordinating workstreams, timelines, risks, and stakeholders.
• Leverage data analytics and BI to generate insights and improve business outcomes.
• Support transformation initiatives including workflow redesign, automation, and Gen AI adoption.
