SCOR is seeking a Head of Networking to lead the strategic direction, architecture, and reliable operation of our global enterprise network infrastructure. The Head of Networking is accountable for the strategic direction, design, and reliable operation of the enterprise network infrastructure across the SCOR Group. This role leads the global networking strategy, governance, and day-to-day operations to ensure secure, high-performing, and resilient network services aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements. This position oversees a global team of network professionals, including direct technicians, and serves as the Group’s senior authority on all networking matters. This role partners closely with technology and business stakeholders to deliver scalable connectivity solutions that support SCOR’s global operations.

Pay Range for roles performed in Buenos Aires, Charlotte, and Paris: $200,000-$270,500 base salary per year. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, role and performance. The range listed is just one component of SCOR's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long term incentives. In addition, we provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement saving plan, paid holidays and paid time off.
