Syneos Health in Argentina seeks a Project Financial Analyst I to support the GRAS & Medical Writing group. You will load revenue into Oracle Fusion, post monthly figures, and provide commentary on forecast variances to keep billing accurate.

This fast-paced role requires a BS/BA in Business, Accounting, or Finance, strong English, and proficiency with MS Office. You’ll collaborate with project teams, assist with invoicing, AR aging reviews, and monthly project reconciliations to ensure timely

• BS/BA degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education and experience.
• Pharmaceutical or CRO experience preferred.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
• Proficiency with accounting software packages is necessary and experience with Oracle Finance is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Job Responsibilities Job Description – PFA 1 GRAS & Medical Writing

Position supporting the Global regulatory affairs Group (GRAS) and Medical writing FSP (MW FSP) The studies in these groups fall under the heading of manual studies, currently revenue is calculated Manually outside of accounting software and then posted. Support Business Unit Controller Records revenue each month Unit, Fee for Service & fixed price contracts, or ensure revenue is submitted by Project Manager Loads Revenue into accounting system (Oracle Fusion) Provides commentary on material forecast variances Obtains and loads project forecast Ensure invoice is raised along with Client specifications Perform project reconciliation each month invoice vs billing Ensure project closes out are performed timely Ensure project trackers are saved centrally for sox purposes Escalated project issues quickly Review of AR aging. Support Project teams Assists with project set up Revenue calculation Billing Updated predefined reports Attends meeting with Project Manager as needed

Qualifications / Requirements

BS/BA degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education and experience. Pharmaceutical or CRO experience preferred. Strong English proficiency. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Proficiency with accounting software packages is necessary and experience with Oracle Finance is preferred. Requires exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Excellent financial, communication, and interpersonal skills are as well as a high level of personal motivation to achieve. Demonstrated ability to work with confidential and sensitive data is required. Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines and provide leadership to less senior staff deal with changing priorities. This is a fast paced position during the close with tight deadlines, current team are very support and work very well as a team. Needs strong English and knowledge of Microsoft office suite. Good organisation skills and attention to detail are key for this role, as well as being able to work and challenge project mangers when needed.
