Job summary

LocalEyes Video Production is seeking a seasoned SEO leader to own discovery-call generation from organic search. You will steer local SEO across 10 US cities and build national service pages, while directing a small team including a local SEO specialist, a content/community specialist, a PR freelancer, and website support.

You will own the keyword strategy, monthly content plan, and lead-tracking across GA4, Search Console, and HubSpot.

Qualifications

5+ years in SEO, including local SEO for a multi-location service business.
Owned a leads or pipeline number and can explain impact.
Hands-on with Google Business Profiles, Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
4+ hours of overlap with US Pacific time.

Responsibilities

Own booked discovery calls from organic search and report weekly.
Manage local search across 10 US cities and develop national service pages.
Lead a small team including a local SEO specialist, a content/community specialist, and freelancers.
Coordinate keyword strategy and a monthly content plan.
Track leads using Google Analytics, Search Console, and HubSpot.
