Galderma, based in Argentina, seeks a Business Unit Head for Injectable Aesthetics to lead Sales & Marketing strategy and programs in line with business goals. You will design policies, drive marketing and business development activities, and manage brand licensing to expand market presence while ensuring profitability.

Formación

• Senior leadership for Sales & Marketing within dermatology/esthetic lines.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; Master’s preferred in related fields.
• Proven ability to design policies and drive P&L outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Sales & Marketing strategy and programs to direct sales and marketing activities.
• Develop policies for planning, developing, and delivering marketing strategies.
• Plan sales & business development activities, including alliances and partnerships.
• Lead brand licensing to expand brand presence within quality standards.
• Manage product/brand P&L, budgeting, expenditures, and ROI.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive results.
