Galderma Argentina SA seeks a Business Unit Head for Injectable Aesthetics in Argentina. You will drive the sales and marketing strategy, lead brand licensing, and manage P&L targets across the product portfolio.

The role requires high-level collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver premium dermatology solutions. You will shape strategic plans, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with global standards while fostering growth in a fast-moving dermatology

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in a similar leadership role.
• Experience leading sales and marketing for premium dermocosmetics or dermatology brands.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Sales & Marketing Management strategy and programs aligned with financial objectives.
• Design policies for planning and delivering marketing strategy for products and brands.
• Develop sales activities including alliances and channel partnerships.
• Oversee brand licensing activities to expand presence within quality standards.
• Ensure product/brand sales volumes and profit targets are met.
• Manage product/brand P&L budgeting and ROI analysis.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
