You will handle check-ins, reservations, payments, and communications using the PMS, respond to guest requests promptly, and help maintain rising guest satisfaction scores.

This position offers a dynamic front desk environment with growth opportunities toward Front Office leadership.

Formación

• Experience in guest service or front desk is preferred.
• Knowledge of PMS systems is a plus.
• Ability to balance accounts and handle payments.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Process payments and verify charges.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints.
• Transact and communicate via the PMS system.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and safety standards.
