Job summary

You will explain menu items, assist with wine pairings, and ensure prompt, correct service while upholding company standards. The role also includes mentoring junior waiters and driving sales in beverage options.

• Delivers food and beverages promptly in the correct service order, follows up to ensure guests' needs are met and suggests solutions to any issues
• Maximizes wine and beverage sales by offering suitable choices
• Encourages and supports the growth of the Junior Waiter by coaching and training in all aspects of the role
