Hyatt Regency Morristown at Headquarters Plaza in Morristown, NJ, seeks a Guest Services professional to deliver courteous, professional service and to rotate within the Rooms division as needed. You will balance cash, handle opening/closing procedures, and ensure guest satisfaction through proactive follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous, professional, and flexible service aligned with hotel policies.
• Be able to rotate within Rooms division and other departments as needed.
• Report guest complaints to supervisors and follow up with guests.
• Balance cash reports and remittance envelopes at shift end; manage opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain regular contact with long-stay and suite guests to ensure a pleasant stay.
