Fever is seeking a Growth Strategy Manager to lead expansion in the region, owning the growth roadmap and partner portfolio. You will bridge data, marketing, and business development to drive regional impact across Canada and beyond.

Lead strategic projects, manage senior stakeholders, and translate complex analytics into actionable business cases while maintaining lean operations as Fever scales globally.

Formación

• 4-5 years in an analytical business role with strategy focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Strong data-driven decision making and storytelling for leadership.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; excellent communication and stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the growth roadmap; shape business model and partner portfolio.
• Lead projects at intersection of data, marketing, and BD for regional growth.
• Drive accountability for CAC, LTV, ROI with measurable outcomes.
• Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows during scale.
• Collaborate with country and regional leaders on local marketing and tech needs.
