The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Growth & Retention Analytics Analyst to collaborate with the Growth Marketing team on acquisition performance, cost efficiency, and customer value analysis. You will produce insights from data and help shape data-driven retention strategies across campaigns.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in similar roles, strong SQL, data visualization skills, and fluency in English. Knowledge of Python or R and AI-aware insights is a plus for this global entertainment
Formación
- At least 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Advanced studies or graduate in Actuary, Statistics, Industrial Engineer, or similar.
- Strong SQL skills are required (Microsoft SQL, Snowflake or similar).
- Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Advanced level of English.
- Experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Experience in Performance Marketing and CRM is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools to identify insights and drive improvements.
Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing to explain acquisition performance and identify improvements.
- Support teams in data extraction, KPI creation and high quality insights.
- Build benchmarks for KPI monitoring and results analysis.
- Detect risks and drive solutions to leverage growth opportunities.
