Accenture busca un consultor de marketing tecnológico para unirse a su práctica de Song GN, alineada con Accenture Global Network. Diseñarás estrategias de campaña y planes de marketing multicanal, y ejecutarás programas de automatización de marketing a gran escala.

Requisitos: licenciatura en curso o terminada, inglés avanzado y 3+ años de experiencia en marketing technology, con capacidad de optimizar campañas y medir resultados.

Qualifications

• Licenciatura en curso o finalizada en Marketing/Tech o afín.
• Inglés avanzado y capacidad de comunicarse con stakeholders.
• 3+ años de experiencia en tecnología de marketing y soluciones.

Responsibilities

• Diseñar nuevas estrategias de campaña y planes de marketing multicanal.
• Planificar y dirigir programas de automatización de marketing a gran escala.
• Dar recomendaciones para optimizar el stack de campañas y usar casos de uso.
• Recoger requisitos, diseñar procesos y soluciones para marketing y publicidad.
• Derivar insights de campañas y optimizar atribución y rendimiento.

OUR MISSION The Song GN practice is aligned to the Global Network Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.

HOW IS A DAY AS A CONSULTANT AT ACCENTURE?

• Designing new campaign strategies and marketing plans across all channels and devices.
• Plan, design, execute large scale marketing automation programs over channels such as email, SMS, CRM, web, SEO/SEM etc.
• Provide recommendations on optimizing the Campaign/Marketing automation stack and develop use cases to improve utilization of existing campaign engine.
• Gathering business requirements, designing process & solution for implementation of marketing and advertising solutions.
• Derive insights for campaign, work on Campaign attribution and strategy optimization.

Qué desafíos te esperan:

• Collaborating with various client and Accenture business and technology stakeholders and assisting in change management and adoption of the new tool/process.
• Collecting and sharing best practices on solution positioning and delivery for clients.
• Collaborate with marketing process and technology assessment, KPI and definition, solution and vendor assessment for different marketing technologies (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft, Adobe Platform).
• Partner and team with technology solution providers and marketing agencies to deliver the best solution meeting the needs of our clients.
• Strong understanding of Marketing processes, operating model, marketing & Advertising technologies, and integrations with other technologies.
• Ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global, fast paced, and unstructured environment.
• Ability to learn new and understand new tools/solutions.

Lo que te hará exitoso – Requisitos:

• Bachelor’s degree completed/In progress.
• High proficiency in English.
• Proven working experience (3+ Years) in marketing technology and in delivering marketing solutions.
• Strong understanding of marketing, marketing technologies and ability to apply technology know-how to better how our clients reach out to their customers.
• And one or more of these:
• Developing customer experience journey for a product, life event and defining next best action strategy.
• Designing interventions to drive customer acquisition / customer engagement.
• Functional experience in Adobe Campaign / Marketo /Salesforce Marketing Cloud /Paid Media and Ads.
• Ability to use insights for campaign and strategy optimization.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Strong knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.).
• Good to have experience in leading and managing email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns and in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
