We seek a Growth Lead to expand OKX’s presence across LATAM, owning strategy and execution across multiple channels to grow our brand, user base, and market share. This high-impact role is ideal for a crypto-passionate leader thriving in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative, data-driven growth strategies for LATAM.
  • Manage multi-channel growth plans, including paid acquisition, PR, SEO/ASO, social media, content, affiliates, and offline activations.
  • Localize marketing strategies to resonate with LATAM audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives and achieve results.
  • Manage the entire user lifecycle: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Analyze data to optimize campaigns and report on KPIs like user growth, engagement, and trading volume.
  • Build partnerships with community leaders, influencers, and media outlets in the region.
  • Adapt global strategies for local execution, ensuring cultural relevance and compliance.
  • Represent LATAM user needs internally to influence product and initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years in growth, digital marketing, or user acquisition, preferably in crypto, fintech, or tech industries.
  • Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns that yield measurable growth.
  • Strong expertise in paid acquisition, SEO/ASO, paid social, PR, and content marketing.
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and LATAM user behavior.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Data-driven with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
  • Experience scaling growth initiatives across multiple LATAM countries is highly preferred.
