Binance in Argentina is seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to drive regional and local campaigns, partnering with internal teams to meet business objectives. You will localize campaigns with global marketing efforts to grow the user base and increase brand awareness across local audiences.

You will manage strategic marketing partnerships, run offline and online activities, and surface product insights to improve the user funnel. A passion for crypto and independent execution are essential.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.
• Execution-oriented mindset.
• Strong interest and knowledge in crypto/blockchain/technology.
• Ability to work independently.
• Marketing degree is a plus.
• Strong coordination and strategic marketing mindset.
• Experience with online and offline marketing, social media, community management, and events.
• Proven experience in growing and managing user base.

Responsabilidades

• Manage development and execution of regional and local product campaigns with internal stakeholders.
• Localize campaigns with global marketing to drive user growth.
• Grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experiments, audience messaging, and spend accountability.
• Map out the user journey to increase funnel conversion through education and campaigns.
• Ideate and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and app.
• Plan and execute online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns for local audiences.
• Grow our user base and increase brand awareness in fun, creative and informative ways.
• Monitor campaign progress and results using data analysis and user feedback.
• Manage new media partnerships end-to-end to drive measurable growth.
• Explore new channels, creatives and ideas for optimization and acquisition growth.
• Help shape the brand in Argentina.

Requirements

• Be user obsessed: Map out the user journey and increase user funnel conversion through surfacing product ask, user education and operation campaigns.
• Ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and native-app growth channels.
• Planning and execution of online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns to local audiences.
• Grow our user base and increase awareness of the brand in fun, creative and informative ways.
• Monitor /campaign progress and results using data analysis and user feedback to ensure ever-improving efficacy and user experience.
• Manage new media partnerships end-to-end to drive measurable growth.
• Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth.
• Help shape the brand in Argentina.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a fast paced industry.
• Execution-oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done.
• Must have a strong interest and knowledge in crypto/blockchain/technology.
• Must be able to work independently.
• A university degree relating to Marketing is a plus.
• Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset for marketing.
• Familiarity with online and offline marketing avenues such as social media, community management, and event management.
• Proven experience in growing and managing user base.
