YouAppi in Argentina is seeking a result-driven mobile advertising specialist to onboard new advertisers, coordinate data integration, strategy, testing and creative optimization.

You will monitor daily campaigns, ensure pacing and performance, maintain ad quality, analyze trends, and communicate operational needs to Product and R&D teams. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong Excel use are essential, with Fluent English in daily work.

Formación

• 2+ years in mobile advertising, preferably RTB-focused
• Solid knowledge of mobile advertising tech: oRTB, SSP, DSP, ad serving, attribution
• Understanding of mobile apps performance marketing/uac/re-engagement
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Entrepreneurial, humble and curious mindset with teamwork experience
• Excellent Excel skills and Fluent English

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new advertisers and coordinate data integration, strategy, testing and creative optimization
• Handle and manage daily reports to ensure campaign pacing and performance
• Monitor and maintain ad quality across campaigns
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive action
