Job summary

YouAppi is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Buenos Aires to coordinate advertiser onboarding, data integration, and strategy execution. You will manage daily performance reports to ensure pacing and optimize campaigns, while maintaining ad quality and driving improvements with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in mobile advertising, strong technical knowledge of oRTB/SSP/DSP ecosystems, and excellent Excel skills, with fluent English and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mobile advertising, preferably RTB-focused.
• Strong knowledge of mobile ad tech: oRTB, SSP, DSP, ad serving, attribution, and ad tracking.
• Understanding of mobile performance marketing, user acquisition, and re-engagement.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new advertisers and coordinate data integration, strategy, testing, and creative optimization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Onboard new advertisers and coordinate all related aspects, including data integration, advertising strategy, testing, and creative optimization.
• Handling and managing daily reports to ensure our campaign’s pacing and performance.
• Monitor and maintain ad quality.
• Analyze performance data to highlight key trends and take actions that can make an impact.
• Communicate the operational needs while suggesting improvements to our Product and R&D teams.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the mobile advertising industry, preferably with an RTB-focused company.
• Good technical knowledge of mobile advertising technologies: oRTB, SSP, DSP, ad serving, attribution providers, and ad tracking.
• Good understanding of Mobile Apps' performance marketing/user-acquisition/re-engagement strategies (Gaming is a plus).
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Entrepreneurial, humble, and curious attitude to continually grow and learn.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Fluent English.
