Guardian Dental is seeking a hands-on Graphic Designer to join our Brand & Communications team. You’ll partner with the Senior Brand Manager to create campaigns, office materials, and enterprise templates across 160+ practices nationwide.

In this fast-paced role you will own projects from brief to final delivery, maintain brand consistency, and build scalable templates while tailoring assets to local offices and campaigns.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency).
• Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design across campaigns and brand systems.
• Experience supporting multiple brands, locations, or stakeholders is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience working in Canva and building scalable templates strongly preferred.
• Ability to take direction, ask thoughtful questions, and execute efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with comfort managing competing priorities.
• Experience in healthcare, multi-location brands, or franchised environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design assets for quarterly marketing campaigns across 160+ locally branded dental offices.
• Support office-specific needs including flyers, signage, print materials and digital assets.
• Adapt campaign designs to align with individual office branding while maintaining brand standards.
• Create branded materials supporting corporate initiatives, including talent acquisition and communications.
• Collaborate with Senior Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
• Manage multiple projects from brief through final delivery with attention to detail.
