We serve clients in multiple industry sectors like Resources (Energy/Utilities/Chemicals), Products (Automotive/Life Science/Consumer Goods/Retail/Industrial), CMT (High-Tech/Software & Platforms / Comms & Media) etc.

HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE?

1. Project Delivery/Program Management:
2. Lead teams in client facing roles on projects across the lifecycle from blueprint, design, development, and implementation of new and improved business processes.
3. Execute and manage complex SAP transformation engagements.
4. Bring together the end-to-end delivery for scope deliverables working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders while managing project risks, plan and budget.
5. Ability to foresee execution risks (e.g., resource risks, skills limitations) and plan mitigation.
6. Pre-Sales Activity, business assessment and roadmaps for clients, Client advisory on S/4HANA led transformation to overcome client’s business challenges.
7. Networking and Business Development.
8. Create and manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
9. Support project and practice leadership in expanding opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutioning.
10. Support practice leadership on identifying and solutioning for new business opportunities.
11. Support Accenture’s pursuits related to S/4HANA opportunities by bringing together experts and building responses to Requests for Proposals and/or Requests for Information.

Qualifications:

1. Prior experience of working on 4-5 large scale transformation and implementation delivery programs for global clients.
2. Must have worked as an end-to-end SAP Solution / Functional Architect for at least 4-5 Request for Proposal (RFP) requests.
3. S/4 HANA platform experience in project delivery management with exposure in one or multiple industries under Resources/Products/CMT managing large SAP Transformations projects.
4. Deep expertise in execution methodology of complex SAP engagements with large scope.
5. From delivery perspective: you must have experience of executing and managing complex SAP transformation engagements.
