Newell Brands in Buenos Aires is seeking a Foreign Trade Analyst to join the team. This role focuses on executing and following up on international trade operations, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance, and coordinating with brokers and freight forwarders.

You will track shipments, update ERP records, and support audits while closely monitoring costs and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical skills and ERP experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or related field.
• Experience in import/export, international logistics, or customs.
• Knowledge of Argentinian customs regulations, Incoterms, and non-tariff regulations.
• Experience with customs brokers and logistics providers.
• Intermediate English and Excel skills; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and follow up on import and export operations.
• Prepare and validate invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, certificates of origin, licenses, and permits.
• Coordinate submission of documentation to customs brokers and logistics partners.
• Track shipments from origin to destination.
• Update databases, operational controls, and ERP records.
• Monitor performance of customs brokers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers.
• Review supplier invoices, freight costs, port-related services, and duty payments.
• Prepare monthly accruals and cash flow updates related to foreign trade operations.
• Support internal audits and regulatory requirements.
• Identify operational deviations or data inconsistencies and elevate them timely.
