GlobalLogic seeks a Master Data (MDM) Developer to design, build, and support global data platforms in a cloud-based environment. You will work with data engineers, stewards, and architects to implement validations, workflows, and business rules across MDM and PIM systems.

You will collaborate on data migrations, ensure regulatory compliance (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR), and drive scalable data solutions for internal and external stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in computer science, computer programming, computer engineering or related field preferred, or comparable job-related experience and training 3 to 5 years or more proven and relevant work experience
• Experience working with Stibo Systems (preferred) or other MDM/PIM software (i.e. Informatica, IBM MDM, Riversand, EnterWorks)
• English: advanced level.
• Building and maintaining data designs, validation rules, user interface, and workflows using Stibo Systems (preferred) or other MDM/PIM software (i.e. Informatica, IBM MDM, Riversand, EnterWorks)
• Experience working with multiple database systems (Snowflake, Redshift, MySQL or similar)
• Experience developing and executing data migration processes
• Hands on experience on data integration tools (i.e., Matillion, Boomi, Datastage or similar), SQL query development and management, cloud-based data warehouse experience a plus
• Experience or knowledge of data modelling
• Thrives and self-motivates in a fast-moving remote work environment, working on a variety of projects and technologies in an agile, team-based culture
• Self-starting with strong technical skills, problem solving abilities, organizational skills, and detail-orientation
• Communicates comfortably and effectively using the appropriate level of detail with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative and consensus driven environment and comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and support the data structure designs, validations, workflows, and integrations in our master data management, product information management, and related systems
• Collaborate with data stewards, data domain owners, and other data engineers to analyze, design, build and run, delivering at-scale solutions to meet internal and external customer requirements.
• Build, document, and maintain an understanding of master data dependencies across our global data systems, enterprise, and regional business systems dependent on them
• Convert requirements into elegant, cleanly designed, and easily maintained solutions in a cloud-based environment
• Achieve and maintain data compliance to legal and regulatory standards such as SOX, HIPAA and GDPR
• Collaborate with other data engineers to coordinate data sharing across the domain
• Perform other duties as needed or required
