Job summary

Parexel FSP is hiring multiple Global Study Managers to oversee global trials across Argentina, Brazil or Mexico. The GSM II leads study management, vendor oversight, and risk-based planning throughout the lifecycle, ensuring data quality and regulatory readiness.

• Experience in managing global clinical trials.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work with CROs and vendors.
• Knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead global execution of studies from startup to data release.
• Coordinate regional operations and oversee pCRO oversight.
• Set recruitment targets and milestones with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee TMF setup and study budget inputs.
• Monitor vendor contracts and spend against forecast.
• Ensure inspection readiness and study closure.
