Job summary

Parexel FSP is hiring Global Study Managers to lead cross-functional study management across Argentina, Brazil or Mexico. You will drive study start up, monitoring and vendor oversight, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality data.

The role requires deep knowledge of study management, risk identification, and supplier coordination, with potential regional travel and collaboration with CSTL and CSTAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research and/or study management.
• Ability to oversee CROs and vendors.
• Strong budget and cost management skills.
• Fluency in English and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates global trial execution from sourcing to outsourced studies and vendor management.
• Oversees regional operations and pCRO tasks related to study execution.
• Sets recruitment targets and milestones with cross-functional teams.
