Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Site Activation Manager (Global) to lead and manage strategic, operational, and financial delivery of site activation across studies and regions. The role accelerates site activation to support timely patient enrollment, including site identification, ethics/regulatory submissions, and contracting in line with sponsor requirements.

You will provide strategic oversight, lead multi-regional start-up delivery, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 7+ years in clinical research with leadership experience.
• Experience with ICH-GCP and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global Site Activation activities and timelines.
• Lead start-up delivery from pre-award to activation.
• Develop Site Activation Management Plan aligned with study strategy.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate site start-up.
• Ensure regulatory submissions, approvals, contracts, essential documents.
• Mentor and develop team; drive continuous improvement.
