Job summary

Organon is seeking a Serialization Subject Matter Expert to lead and escalate serialization issues across the Americas region. You will coordinate with manufacturing sites, 3PLs and CMOs to ensure EPCIS compliance and data integrity.

The role requires deep knowledge of GS1 standards, SAP ATTP integration, and regulatory reporting. You will work in the US EST time zone, supporting global projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in supply chain, operations, distribution or logistics.
• 2+ years in serialization processes and data requirements.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical serialization and GS1 standards.
• Understanding of Track & Trace regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound物流 and serialization data flow from manufacturing sites to 3PL for EPCIS compliance.
• Document serialization requirements for new markets and participate in design/deploy projects.
• Collaborate with 3PLs, monitor exceptions, and drive process improvements.
• Utilize VRS and ICH to validate products and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Assist in onboarding CMOs and ensure cross-functional alignment on quality and regulatory requirements.
