Job summary

EY seeks a Control & Risk Assessment Specialist to advance testing of information security controls across the technology risk universe. You will lead test plans, assess control effectiveness, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with multiple EY groups worldwide.

You will contribute to risk governance and policy enablement, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and aligning with EY's global risk strategy. A strong English proficiency and global team experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology, Information Security and/or Risk Management.
• Audit experience or ability to design/test technology controls.
• Experience working on global/virtual teams.
• Strong English (primary).
• Advanced degree in CS/InfoSec or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
• Certifications like CRISC/CISSP/CISM/CISA/CIA/GIAC are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute control testing plans following 1st/2nd line testing best practices.
• Test plans including self-assessments, control testing, and process assessments.
• Manage and train a team of junior professionals to execute test plans.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders across EY and global locations to support the Information Security Program.
