Job summary

Bcrecruitment seeks an experienced Data Migration Lead to drive planning and execution of a critical migration program for a major automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target ERP system.

Applications require intermediate/advanced English and availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00–17:00).

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data migration in large enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration steps: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or ERP migration programs preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and work conducted in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
