Orbis Peru is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate between headquarters and local ophthalmology partners, ensuring timely initiation, planning, execution and evaluation of eye health projects. You will manage plans, coordinate with regional stakeholders, and ensure reporting to donors and authorities.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English proficiency, 30% travel readiness, and strong organizational skills to deliver impactful outcomes in international settings.

Formación

• Master’s Degree level or equivalent experience in Public/Ocular Health, Project Management, MBA, International Cooperation for Development, or related fields.
• Bachelor's Degree level in Public Management, Business Administration, or related fields, required.
• Proven 3 years of working experience in similar positions as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in non-profit organizations.
• Proven 7 years of general working experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project initiation, planning, execution and evaluation in line with Orbis strategies.
• Update project management work plans, including schedule, procurement and M&E.
• Create long- and short-term plans with milestones and deadlines.
• Support narrative documents related to project planning and PM committee establishment.
• Prepare quarterly donor reports and align with internal reporting requirements.
• Identify stakeholders and build a register; engage with partners and health facilities.
• Plan training with international experts and disseminate findings to authorities.
• Travel up to 30% to project regions and coordinate with regional teams.
