You will collaborate with procurement, suppliers, manufacturing facilities, and planning teams to ensure supply continuity and service excellence across the global network. Formación

• 5+ years in supply chain planning, manufacturing, or related discipline.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience leading and developing others.
• Proficiency with ERPs and MS Office (Excel).
• Ability to navigate ambiguous and complex situations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with procurement, suppliers and planning teams to manage supply issues.
• Lead hypercare discussions and anticipate stock-out dates.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training for planners.
• Drive local team engagement and resolve onsite issues.
• Identify risks in material planning that could disrupt the supply chain.
• Lead cross-functional supply chain projects impacting safety, quality, service, and cost.
