Beeline Medicines seeks a Clinical Engagement Lead to manage investigator and site relationships across LATAM. This senior, field-based role requires building partnerships with investigators, academic medical centers, and research sites to advance the company’s trial portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in clinical development or field-based engagement, strong knowledge of immunology/inflammation, and fluency in English. Regular travel within territory is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or related discipline required.
• Advanced degree preferred — MS or MPH in a relevant clinical, biomedical, or pharmaceutical sciences discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage investigator and clinical site relationships across LATAM regions.
• Lead site identification and feasibility activities for clinical trials and provide strategic recommendations on site selection.
• Serve as primary clinical liaison to investigators and sites, enabling protocol discussions, initiation, and ongoing engagement.
• Support trial enrollment and retention at regional sites, addressing enrollment challenges and maintaining site motivation.
• Capture and communicate regional clinical landscape intelligence to Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams.
