Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Growth Senior Analyst to independently lead high-impact global projects. You will drive Fever’s market expansion across up to 40 countries by designing end-to-end growth solutions and managing new business streams, collaborating across departments to enhance performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in analytics, a strong data-driven mindset, and fluency in English with Spanish a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a business analytics role.
• High level of English; Spanish a plus.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or analytics at top tech firms is a plus.
• Data-driven with demonstrated stakeholder influence across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-impact global analytics projects and strategies across Fever’s markets.
• Manage your own project pipeline within a business line.
• Drive rapid growth by leading global initiatives across up to 40 countries.
• Collaborate across departments to implement end-to-end growth solutions.
