Job summary

PwC Argentina is hiring an External Audit Associate in Buenos Aires. You will join the Acceleration Center and contribute to independent assessments of financial statements and internal controls, while learning client engagement skills and growing with PwC’s resources.

You will work within Assurance, collaborating with diverse teams across advisory and tax to deliver high-quality audits and build your professional brand in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics with at least 70% completed.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

Responsibilities

• Conduct external audits of financial statements and internal controls.
• Apply GAAS and GAAP in audit processes.
• Analyze financial transactions to identify misstatements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business operations and reporting needs.
• Use data analysis to discern patterns in financial data.
• Review and verify documents for regulatory compliance.
• Apply auditing methodologies to governance and risk processes.
• Develop data visualization to present audit findings.
• Engage with clients to build relationships.
• Participate in project management to ensure timely delivery of engagements.
• Respect Information Security and Data Protection practices
• Ensure proper Information Security Management practices
