Responsibilities

• Assist employees to use their IT equipment.
• Setup new users' accounts and profiles and resolve password issues.
• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
• Provide remote support and troubleshoot system and network problems to keep IT services running smoothly.
• Respond to user needs and questions regarding network access and application support.
• Maintain and upgrade computer systems and peripheral devices.
• Coordinate maintenance with IT colleagues and support the rollout of new hardware and applications.
