Emailable is seeking an experienced Email Deliverability Specialist to join our growing team. You will help users reach their customers’ inboxes by applying best practices, analyzing deliverability trends, and collaborating with customers to optimize templates and sending practices.

You’ll work with ESPs, authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and delivery vendors to improve sender reputation and overall campaign performance.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Experience with deliverability tools and ESPs.
• Ability to analyze deliverability data to inform decisions.
• Understanding of email marketing best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze email deliverability metrics.
• Implement authentication best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Identify and resolve deliverability issues affecting content, sending frequency, or lists.
• Collaborate with customers to optimize templates for deliverability.
• Manage sender reputation with ISPs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and provider policies.
• Work with ESPs and delivery vendors to troubleshoot deliverability.
• Provide recommendations to improve overall email marketing performance.
