AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Specialist Air Freight to handle order processing, shipment registration, and coordination of freight and customs handling, including export control. You will prepare offers, monitor deadlines, and ensure accurate customer billing while supporting customers and agents.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in air freight forwarding, strong knowledge of customs procedures and air transport regulations, and proficiency in German and English.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in air freight forwarding in an international environment.
• In-depth knowledge of customs procedures and air transport regulations.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Comfortable using freight forwarding software and the MS Office Suite.

• Order processing and shipment registration
• Organization of freight and customs handling, including export control
• Preparation and monitoring of offers
