Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a full-time sourcer to identify highly specialised professionals for AI training and evaluation projects. You will focus on research, sourcing, and proactive outreach to build strong candidate pipelines across domains such as finance, software engineering, accounting, and consulting.

You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Boolean search and Google X-Ray to uncover difficult profiles, review candidates for domain expertise and seniority, and maintain robust candidate

Qualifications

• Previous sourcing or recruiting experience in research-heavy roles.
• Strong command of advanced search techniques and online research.
• Proven ability to build targeted candidate lists and pipelines.
• Excellent written English and professional outreach skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple domains and projects.

Responsibilities

• Source highly specialised professionals across industries and geographies.
• Translate project requirements into effective sourcing strategies and searches.
• Build targeted searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Boolean search and Google X-Ray.
• Identify relevant companies, titles, certifications and talent pools.
• Outreach to prospective candidates via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Maintain high-quality candidate lists across multiple projects and pipelines.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine sourcing and improve results.
