Location Requirement

This position is open only to candidates based in Argentina, Uruguay or Brazil. Applicants from other countries will not be considered.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions that accelerate software delivery and improve the developer experience. You will bridge advanced AI research with practical engineering, focusing on impact, scalability, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 3+ years in software engineering with strong expertise in Python and AI/ML development.
• Proven experience building AI-driven solutions with LLMs (Codex, GPT, Claude) using prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG.
• Hands-on skills in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation with Terraform, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Docker.
• Experience in AWS or GCP, microservices, APIs, and containerized deployments.
• Ability to integrate AI into production systems with focus on scalability, performance, and security.
• Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and comfort working in research-driven, fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

• Open-source contributions or published research in AI/software engineering.
• Experience with internal developer platforms (IDPs) or AI-powered quality and observability tools.
