Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in El Dorado, AR is seeking General merchandise associates for part-time roles. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise recommendations, and help maintain displays.

Some tasks may include paint mixing and fabric cutting. Hourly pay ranges from $14 to $27 per hour plus performance incentives and benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and Walmart's education program Live Better U.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
