Job summary

Walmart Supercenter #530 in El Dorado, AR is hiring a Home Associate to greet customers on the salesfloor, assist them, and recommend merchandise based on the customer’s wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

The position is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, a 401(k), and paid time off. Additional incentives and premiums may apply depending on schedule, location, or performance.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
