GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, seeks a senior software engineer in Buenos Aires to design and build financial performance and reporting services. You will contribute across .NET, Python, and ReactJS stacks, leveraging AWS and microservices.

You will mentor peers, drive code quality, and participate in Agile processes with a globally distributed team. The role emphasizes scalable architectures, regulated-compliant solutions, and high integrity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 7–8+ years hands-on .NET design and development (NET CORE) experience.
• 2–3+ years Python web development experience.
• Experience with ReactJS development and AWS cloud.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and AWS Lambda (preferred).
• CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) knowledge a plus.

• Create, maintain, and enhance services, APIs, and applications to meet business requirements.

Experience

• 7–8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET software design and development (NET CORE).
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Python web development.
• Experience in ReactJS development.
• AWS cloud development experience.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and AWS Lambda (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines; experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing efficient data structures and algorithms.
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL database engines, such as DynamoDB and Redis.

• Proven ability to become a subject matter expert in assigned areas.
• Self-motivated, creative, and confident with a "can-do" attitude.
• Forward-thinking, passionate, and ethical individual with high integrity.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team environment and leverage the diverse strengths of team members.
• Effective communication skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in English. You should be able to discuss technical and functional concepts in meetings and effectively present and defend solutions to both business users and developers.
